There is the imprint of a passionate and strong land in our Withering: Puglia. Traditionally cultivated grapes are not harvested with the others, but left on the plant. In this way the ripening continues, the bunches overripen and wither on the vine; the flavour of the berries is strengthened, consolidating the traits that characterise it. Admirably assembled on international grapes selected by the skilful hands of our Master Cellars, the Withering gains a unique and irresistible character

Organoleptic characteristics

The colour is bright ruby red with marked reflections. The bouquet is fruity and intense of ripe fruit and dried fruit, with obvious notes of dried plum jam. On the palate you can perceive harmony, balance, pleasantly bitter taste, with the right acidity and an enveloping finish
