The Alto del Carmen Especial 35° is a pisco that is born in the privileged Chilean valleys, specifically in the renowned Elqui Valley, in the Coquimbo Region, although its wider origin covers the Atacama region. Its production is based on a careful selection of Moscatel Rosada and Moscatel de Alejandría grapes. The transparent glass bottle, with its intense green label and the majestic Andean condor in flight, already advances us the quality and connection with the earth that this distillate represents. The liquid, of a beautiful bright golden yellow colour, promises a visual experience before the tasting.

Nose: It offers a high intensity of muscat, accompanied by subtle and elegant vanilla notes, with a fresh aroma and touches of apple and citrus fruit.

Mouth: On the palate, it is soft, round and sweet, with an excellent volume that ensures a medium persistence and a pleasant finish.
