Albert Bichot "Mr No Sulfite" Beaujolais Villages 2022

The Maison Albert Bichot decided in the early 2000s to convert its estates to organic farming with certification obtained in 2014. The Mr. vintage. NO sulphite Beaujolais-Villages 2022 is vinified without added sulphites, but not without personality.

It is vinified in a thermoregulated stainless steel tank for 10 days with native yeasts. Follows a 100% stainless steel tank breeding of 5 to 6 months.

Tasting notes

What a beautiful realisation! Fruit, more fruit and lots of fruit!!

It is discovered in the nose on aromas of a beautiful concentration of pure red fruits, blueberries, floral notes, some milky notes with a hint of "balloune gum" and blackberries.

In the mouth it is an explosion of fruits in the mouth, red fruits, blueberries that are expressed in a festive amplitude supported by balanced tannins. Tasty and delicious!
