ZEPHYR BLANC DE BLANCS METHOD 2019

A fragrant, an enticing bouquet of citrus and white peach, laced with stony mineral notes and fine, leesy, white biscuit autolysis.Beautiful  on the palate, with the lead flavours driven by the fruit, followed by fine mousse and finally the autolysis. A light nut and mineral quality add depth, while the acidity – youthful and defined – carries the flavours and length. Well made, with best drinking from 2026 through to 2029.
