Tasting Note: Grown on granitic and limestone soils, this is a firm, yet approachable Pinot Gris with wonderful complexity and depth. Grown according to the Ecocert certification, the palate is awash with flavours of peach and toasted bread. Well rounded and harmonious, it is drinking beautifully now
