Enoitalia is a project born in 1986 on the initiative of Giorgio Pizzolo and his three brothers Giuliano, Augusto and Floriano. Today, it is a real wine giant made in Italy, with a production of 111,000,000 bottles, capable of conquering the markets of the 5 continents. A novelty has recently arrived in the very articulated company label portfolio. This is the "Neroperso", a product dedicated to the great red wines for dying, emblem of the Venetian wine tradition, and currently increasingly requested by customers all over the world, both by the most refined palates, and by those who approach the world of wine for the first time. The reason is all in its organoleptic qualities, immediately persuasive, which bring together a powerful structure, intense aromas and a diffuse softness and gustatory sweetness. A real praise of withering, therefore, which gives a sip capable of evoking the very long history of this particular winemaking technique, exquisitely Venetian and above all practised in Valpolicella. But let's come to the wine: to the sense of smell, as anticipated, it is a sweet and velvety caress, inviting with its scents of cherry and blackberry candy, hints of vanilla and tarocco orange, and finally rosemary and pepper flowers. In the mouth it is soft and very savoury, almost salty, which gives space to freshness only at the end of the sip. Finally, pepper, fruit and flowers return.
