MIRABEAU DRY GIN 43% 700ML

Mirabeau Dry Rose is a classic dried gin with a beautiful pale pink colour. Faithful to the wine heritage, it is made on a base of neutral 100% grape alcohol, made from recycled grape skins, which brings roundness and a subtle fruity flavour to the palate. This original pink gin is inspired by the abundance of botanical products that grow in our Domaine and throughout the French Riviera, as well as the most precious ones used in the famous local perfumery trade. Lemon and coriander botanicals add layers of fresh citrus character. The roots of lily and angelica impart floral and earthy tones respectively. Rose petals, lavender and jasmine are used in moderation to provide a variety of floral tones. Finally, Bay, Thyme and Rosemary add a finely balanced herbaceous character to the mixture.

Mirabeau Dry Rose Gin is distilled with a touch of rosé wine and makes a delicious Mediterranean Gin & Tonic and delicious cocktails, including pink versions of some of the classics, such as Rosé Negronis and Rosé Gin Martinis.
