PELLEGRINO 375ML DRY MARSALA

A classic dry Marsala wine from Sicily, excellent for the kitchen and for drinking. Grapes native to the region are partially vinified before an addition of eau de vie stops the fermentation. The resulting "mistella" is blended with other wine from the DOC area, and the blend is aged for two years in French oak. With flavors of roasted almonds, golden raisins, and toffee, this versatile Marsala will elevate any number of sauces or pair well with either savory vegetable dishes or pastries.
