As it happens every spring, a new bag of Tío Pepe en Rama is born in the wineries of Jerez de González Byass. At this time of year is when the winemaker Antonio Flores selects, with affection and meticulousness, those boots that are most attractive to the senses and that stand out for their unique organoleptic characteristics. It is the moment in which the new piece of this Fine in Branch, which has not been subjected to the traditional processes of clarification and filtration, sees the light.

In this 15th edition, the founding soles "Constancia" and "Rebollo" are once again the place where the winemaker has gone to select the 95 boots that make up this new sack of Uncle Pepe in Rama. There are 95 oenological ecosystems dotted with life that keep inside all the strength and essence of Sherry, two traits that give its personality to this

The Sac 2024 of Tío Pepe in Rama has been influenced by the climate marked by high temperatures in summer and autumn, mitigated by the thermoregulating effect of the wineries. This has been joined by a winter turned into spring, favouring that, in the month of February, the yeasts extend their protective white mantle to achieve an authentic wine, without filters, which offers emotions on the surface of the skin. Everything was arranged to create the miracle of life. A fact that happened when Antonio Flores, in hand, completed the oenological discovery of this wine that shows Tío Pepe in the most natural and delicate way.

Uncle Pepe in Rama is shown in the glass with straw yellow colour, olive green background and golden reflections. Slightly veiled, due to the flower that speaks of its bottled "En Rama", in the nose it is intense, very expressive and punging. Its sweeping, fresh, intense, soft and creamy mouth makes it an essentially gastronomic wine, ideal to enjoy with fish, seafood, vegetables, spicy cuisines and varied rice dishes. Serve cold in the best glass of fine glass.

Due to its uniqueness, Tío Pepe en Rama is made in small quantities.

Inspired by the days when Fino was consumed directly from the boot, Fino en Rama has not been subjected to the usual processes of clarification and filtration. Uncle Pepe in Rama is a pure Uncle Pepe.
