DOMAINE FELINES JOURDAN PICPOUL DE PINET 2023

Great value, a fruit forward style of Picpoul that is easy to enjoy. Full flavoured with notes of fruit salad, ripe peach and apple, but with a lemon zestiness and Picpoul's characteristic coastal tang to keep it fresh. 

Our classic vintage, resulting from the blend of our three terroirs. A beautiful example of Pinet's Picpoul, dry and tender, a tangy attack accompanied by a beautiful roundness.

Typical golden, shiny dress with green shades. In the mouth, we find the typical acid attack of the Pinet Picpoul accompanied by a beautiful, ample, pleasant, harmonious structure. The final is long and exotic.

The pleasant and explosive nose, on aromas of fresh fruits with white flesh, and exotic fruits. With aeration it becomes more complex, and is expressed by notes of citrus, anise, lime tree, honeysuckle, acacia, and a slight minerality.

To be enjoyed as an aperitif accompanied by a seafood platter, or with a fresh pélardon. Cooked oysters to discover with traditional Setois dishes such as tielle, stuffed mussels.

We also recommend grilled fish, macaroni with brageoles, dry rust, sea bream with fennel, puffin.

This Pinet Picpoul from the Félines Jourdan estate also goes very well with sushi, scallops, lobster or lobster.
