LA CHASSE DES PRINCES COTES DU RHONE VILLAGES 2021

La Chasse des Princes Côtes-du-Rhône-Villages is one of the runners within the Celliers des Princes range. Not surprising either! The fruit is planted around the village of Chateauneuf du Pape on the clay-like hills. A rigourous selection of the fruit guarantees the quality. All the fruit is stalked and selected by hand, after which a long soaking follows. After fermentation, the wine matures for at least 10 months in the tank.

The result is a beautiful Côtes-du-Rhône-Villages made of Grenache 70%, Mourvèdre 15%, Syrah 15%. In the nose, the wine generously shows its ripe red fruit and the unmistakeable garrigue. In the mouth there is a lot of juice, tasty heat and ripe tannins. A wine for autumn!
