Reserve 2022 - Château Fortia - Châteauneuf-du-Pape AOC embodies the solar elegance of the southern Rhône, born of rolled pebbles, red clays and sands that concentrate heat and sign a deep character. Majority Syrah, completed by Mourvèdre and Grenache, manual harvests and prolonged ageing in foudres reveal an intense ruby colour, a graphite nose, Chinese ink, menthol and blackcurrant jam, then a wide mouth with chiseled tannins and tasty freshness. Limited production, keeps up to 20 years, 16–18°C service. A great gastronomy wine for exceptional tables and moments to celebrate.
