Our 2021 West Coast IPA Challenge beer has had a wee makeover, we might have reused the name but couldn’t pass up the comparison with our martian-themed beer and this powerful Mahia surf break.  Coming in at a mighty 8%, this classic west coast style IIPA boasts set after set of pine and pithy citrus.  A clean pilsner malt base makes way for American hops before the soft sweetness of light crystal malt comes in for clean up.
