THE CLOUD FACTORY SAUVIGNON BLANC 2022

You may remember that a few years ago we sold a New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc called "Crowded House" which we discontinued when winemaker Ant Moore moved on to pastures new. Cloud Factory is his latest project and is as fresh as the dew on a Marlborough morning -alive with aromas of stone fruit and minerals with flavours of guava and lime and gentle hints of green pepper.

Ant Moore always strives for a point of difference - a challenge in itself given the vast swathes of NZ Sauvignon Blanc on the market - yet this has more of a note of passion fruit tropicality than the Bascand Sauvignon Blanc which suggests that a proportion of the harvest was allowed to ripen a little longer
