The summer of cocktails is almost here and Black Collar Spiced Pineapple Rum is BACK!

We've changed up the recipe for our latest batch of Black Collar Spiced Pineapple Rum. We dropped the rum funk from batch 03 and have moved back towards the original recipe that the Black Collar family has grown to love.

This batch features a balanced rum notes, a hint of spice and underlying natural fresh pineapple sweetness.

We use fresh pineapples in every batch so make sure to give the bottle a shake before pouring as natural fruit sediment can occur.
