I purposely made sure I didn't insert "PET NAT" in the description. Because if you are like me , the mere mention of "PET NAT" ,my  eyes start to glaze over and my ears start ringing. Then I start preaching on ,as to why would someone want to make a wine in the style peasants use to make, and when the bubonic plague was around.    Clearly this wine was made for royalty. It might marginalise the die hard, funky, natural, "PET NAT" congregation. But if the producers wanted to reach out to the greater congregation of sparkling wine lovers, this wine is on the money. Its a real "Beauty" and worth every penny. A great price that reflects the minimal intervention wine making.
