50% Sangiovese, 30% Merlot, 20% Cabernet S. 

The Maremma DOC is a rapidly growing star in the Italian oenological landscape. Basic Couveé for Supertoscano with Sangiovese, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot, shines with a freshness of fruit and a lively character. Delicious with food, it's perfect as a wine to drink every day. The grapes are harvested by hand. Fermentation takes place in 100HL stainless steel tanks, at a temperature of 18- 20°C. Aging takes place for a minimum of 6 months in cask.

Colour: Ruby red tending to garnet as it ages.

Scent: Fruity with notes of cherry and white chocolate.

Taste: Great complexity dry, warm and balsamic in the finish.
