The barrel-aged Lalande de Pomerol from the Bordeaux wine-growing region presents itself in the glass in bright purple. The nose of this red wine from Bordeaux seduces with nuances of mulberry, lavender, blackcurrant and rose. If we trace the aromatics further, oak, cigar box and toasted barrique come through, encouraged by the oak influence.
