CHENE BLEU PONT DES ARTS ROUGE 2015
PONT DES ARTS is an exclusive, limited collection of wines. It is a bridge between Art and Wine, the East and West, and collectors and newcomers alike. Pont des Arts marries the best from the art world (in this case one of the most revered artists to have ever lived, Piet Mondrian’s Tableau 1, with Black, Red, Yellow, Blue and Light Blue, 1921) and the wine world. In the constant search for beauty, pleasure and quality, we are proud to introduce this unique collaboration between Pont des Arts and Chêne Bleu. Only 100 cases were produced.
Tasting Note: This bright ruby red wine is a blend of old vine Grenache and Syrah with a touch of Mourvèdre. Rich flavours and aromas of ripe black cherry and blackcurrant mingle with liquorice, hints of rosemary and black pepper. It has a lively acidity and mineralogy and a long, elegant finish; the Chêne Bleu signatures which have won them international acclaim. Serve at 14 degrees celsius after decanting.
