This 2017 single-vineyard Sauvignon Blanc was machine harvested from a vineyard down the Waihopai valley in Marlborough. 25% of this wine went through a wild ferment and 100% went through natural malolactic fermentation. 15% of this wine was barrel aged and then bottle aged.
