Malts from Default Region, Scotland. A complex but superbly balanced Islay malt delivering honeyed lemon notes with wafts of peat smoke on the nose. The palate is warm with tropical fruit and smoke, leading to a long and mellow finish.
The finish is ashy and grassy, lightly warm and quite lengthy.
