DALMORE 12 YEAR OLD MALT SHERRY CASK 43% WHISKY

The Dalmore 12 years Sherry Cask Select was first stored in bourbon barrels and then transferred to special sherry barrels. The barrels were previously saturated with old Oloroso sherry. These barrels came from three Spanish vats: Vasyma, Paezen and TeVasa. In these barrels, the Dalmore was matured for 12 years Sherry Cask for 18-24 months and thus received the intense sherry influence. The Dalmore 12 years Sherry Cask Select was bottled at 43.0% vol.

Aroma: Caramelised citrus fruits, nuances of honey and aromatic spices.

Taste: Fruity and full-bodied on the tongue. Starts with dark chocolate and oranges. In addition, dried fruits, vanilla and oak wood.

Ascent: Medium-length and spicy sweet with notes of roasted coffee and sweet mango.

Colour: Terracotta (M8).
