• It’s fascinating to think that we may never get to blend and bottle some of the fortified parcels we made this year for our aged Tawny.
• We see ourselves as caretakers of these wines, ensuring that only the passing of time allows their flavors to concentrate and transform.

A Unique Aging Process

• Over time, the spirity grape juice metamorphoses into a viscous, concentrated blend of raisins and marzipan.
• Aging in old wooden barrels under a hot tin roof is the only way to create this form of wine alchemy.

Aged to Perfection

• The many years we allow the components to age encourages the flavors to slowly concentrate and develop into a rich and luscious traditional Barossa Tawny.
• The final blend boasts an average age of more than fifteen years, offering a truly exceptional tasting experience.
