CASA SANTOS LIMA MONTE DE CACADA 2019

The Alentejo region benefits from the warm Mediterranean
climate and clay soils which provide the ideal conditions for the production of Touriga Nacional, Alicante Bouschet and Syrah grapes. The grapes were carefully selected and the wine aged for 8 months in French and American oak barrels. This wine displays a deep colour with intense aromas of ripe red fruits complimented with bold notes of spices. It goes magnificently with meat dishes and cheese.
