TONY BISH FAT N SASSY CHARDONNAY 

Medium-bodied, the palate is fresh, vibrant and bright, with elegantly presented flavours of citrus fruits melded with creamy barrel-ferment and nutty, spicy oak. The mouthfeel is enriched by integrated layers of lemon-curd and buttery MLF nuances. The palate ha an underlying freshness with acid poise, and the wine flows along a fine-textured, dry line leading to a sustained finish with toasty oak. This is a fresh, bright, elegant Chardonnay with lively citrussy fruit enriched by layers of creamy, nutty and buttery flavours, finishing fine and dry.
