CLOS HENRI PINOT NOIR 2013 MAGUNUM

The Clos Henri Pinot Noir is a varietal red wine made from Pinot Noir, produced in the Marlborough appellation in New Zealand. The vines, which are about 8 to 13 years old, are planted on mainly clay soils. The wine is aged for 12 months in French oak barrels (25% of which in new barriques).

During the tasting, the Clos Henri Pinot Noir 2013 unfolds a fine, pure and elegant nose and develops aromas of cherry and plum, mixed with roasted notes and spicy and peppery notes. In the mouth, the wine reveals delicious aromas of dark berry fruit and liquorice, to which woody notes are added. This mouth is pleasantly balanced by freshness, a great complexity, a silky texture and generous tannins. The Pinot Noir develops perfectly on the clay floors of the domain. Its good storage potential allows it to be stored for 7 to 8 years.
