Riesling is the most transparent variety we grow. It takes the stony soils of Craighall Vineyard and puts them directly in the glass — nothing softened, nothing added.
Cherry blossom, powdered sea salt, mustard leaf, green apple, kefir lime leaf, a hint of pink grapefruit and chalk dust. On the palate, lively and energetic — a seam of fresh acid underlying a generous breadth of fruit and ripe phenolics. Lime, pink grapefruit, and nougat float endlessly. The balance of zing and sweetness creates the salivating, moreish experience Dry River Riesling should always have.
