“A beautiful garnet hue with aromas of black currant, strawberry, pomegranate and rose petals with a whiff of white pepper and struck flint.  This unique bouquet is followed on the palate with fresh basil, cardamom, allspice, strawberry, and tart cherry. The wine is ethereal and complex with fine tannins and incredible persistence, finishing with distinctive salinity.
