Made in extremely limited volume, this stunning Gewürz from vineyards in Rapaura and the Brancott Valley, is hand-picked and undergoes a 'wild' fermentation in old French oak. It then matures over almost 2 years' cellarage including extended lees ageing for immense depth. Heady aromas of lychee, orange blossom and rosewater mingle with citrus oil and cardamom. With layers of spice, the palate is textured and intense, tempered by a delicate balance of acidity and sweetness. Pair with fine exotic cuisine, or ripe and flavoursome soft cheeses
